Moving day...

is tomorrow! I can't believe we are actually moving. About 4 years ago when I got pregnant, Chris and I decided it would be best if we moved in with my mom so that I could be a SAHM. Well, we ended up staying longer then expected because I got pregnant again, and financially we just couldn't afford a big rent payment. Also Chris's work wasn't steady. Well now, some things are going on with the house we live in (long story, most of you already know it), so we decided now is the time to move. Chris's work is going well right now, and I pray it continues to grow. We are moving into a 2 bedroom 1 bath apt., only 850 sq. feet, so it will be an extremely tight squeeze, but we kinda have to do it. I will be sad to leave my mom, and she is extremely sad to see us go. She is going to miss coming home to the kids everyday. But I've promised we will visit ALL THE TIME! Plus we are moving right down the street from her! I'm excited and nervous at the same time. Excited to unpack all our stuff we boxed up 4 years ago, all our kitchen stuff, wedding gifts, everything that's been packed away for so long. Hopefully everything is still in tact and usable. And nervous because I'm worried about making rent. Agh. That first rent payment will be a killer. We got a great move in deal. The apt. we found was already vacant, and they were actually turning it into their model. It's on the first floor, which I really wanted. And right by the laundry room (I know, no washer and dryer in the unit, TOTALLY SUCKS!). We got $1500 off move in. So, we only have to pay $600 to move in. All the other places were like $2000 or $3000 to move in, so we got really lucky. Wish us luck tomorrow. I'll post pic's later in the week. I will most likely be keeping my computer here at my moms for about a week because our new internet service won't be on until next Saturday.
